Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst position provides daily on‐site support for a major, high‐visibility space‐industry infrastructure effort. The role serves as a field representative who monitors construction progress, verifies completed work, coordinates directly with contractors, captures questions, and brings clear, actionable information back to the engineering and design teams. Responsibilities include tracking and organizing RFIs, assisting with submittal coordination, maintaining project documentation, supporting schedule development and updates, and gathering evidence needed to close systems engineering requirements. The work takes place in a uniquely technical environment inside a rocket‐processing facility, requiring adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn how specialized ground systems integrate with launch‐vehicle operations. Success in this role comes from being present in the field every day, staying aware of evolving construction activities, and proactively connecting the field and design teams to keep the project aligned, informed, and moving forward.

Qualifications:
• 9 years supporting engineering, construction, operations, or project execution
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, and standard Microsoft Office tools
• Able to maintain and update project schedules, status reports, action items, and trackers
• Experience coordinating RFIs, submittals, design documents, and other project records
• Comfortable working in the field to verify status, identify issues, and support project coordination
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
• Able to coordinate across engineering, construction, contractors, and operations personnel
• Industrial, construction, aerospace, or similar facility experience preferred
