Testing Technician

The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and We are currently seeking a Testing Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Burlington, MA 01803. Details of the position are as follows:

Job Details:

• Pay: $19.50-21.50/hour to Start!!
• 12 months contract, with potential for extension/conversion based on performance and budget.
• Monday-Friday - day time business hours.
• Position will be mainly responsible for conducting brewer performance testing, life testing, and product evaluations to support quality, R&D, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Position will be responsible for troubleshooting brewer performance issues, identifying abnormal behavior, and assisting with root cause analysis.
• Position will be responsible for recording, organizing, and maintaining test data using spreadsheets and tracking tools.
• Position will be responsible for training and supporting new personnel on testing procedures, documentation practices, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is Required!
• Experience in a technician, testing, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, or equipment support role is Required!
• Experience working in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation environments is Required!
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and identify performance-related issues is Required!
• Experience documenting, tracking, and reporting work using spreadsheets or software tools is Required!
• Mechanical aptitude and preventive maintenance experience on manufacturing, processing, or packaging equipment is Preferred!
• Experience in food, beverage, or FDA-regulated manufacturing environments is Preferred!
• Experience with quality testing, product validation, or equipment performance testing is Preferred!
• Experience training or mentoring employees on testing procedures is Preferred!
