Childcare Needed

I need of babysitter/nanny that will treat my kids like their own. Need help Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 3:30-45 a.m. to 8 a.m. Plus on call until 11 in case one gets sent home from school or has to stay home. Need help getting them to school those days. Someone that will brush their teeth, style their hair, and put on matching clean clothes plus breakfast. Tuesday and Thursday I will need help from 2:30-7:30. Will need help getting them from school, taking them to practice. Helping with homework and feeding them dinner. Must be able to accept subsidies from the county.
