Job Description

We are seeking a Wiring Technician to assemble, wire, test, and troubleshoot electrical control panels for industrial chiller and control systems. This role requires interpreting electrical schematics, performing quality checks, and ensuring all products meet safety, quality, and performance standards in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels using schematics and wiring diagrams
• Install and connect electrical components, including relays, breakers, power supplies, and PLCs
• Perform panel testing, inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure proper operation
• Support electrical and mechanical assembly, installation, and testing of chiller systems
• Use hand and power tools safely while maintaining a clean, organized work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

Essential Skills

• Experience with wiring
• Basic troubleshooting and electrical diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of wiring standards and safety practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Work Environment

This role is based in a large, non‑temperature‑controlled plant environment focused on manufacturing high‑quality chillers and control panels for data centers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grenada, MS.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Grenada,MS.
