Systems Administrator

We are seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to support a growing technology environment spanning cloud-based applications, networking, end-user support, physical infrastructure, telecommunications, and vendor-managed systems.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable troubleshooting both technical systems and physical equipment. The organization is looking for someone they can invest in and develop long term, so candidates do not need to have experience with every technology listed below.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Administer and support Azure, Entra, VMs, SSO, and certificates
• Troubleshoot systems, applications, networking, hardware, and mobile devices
• Support cloud/SaaS platforms such as NetSuite, Zoho, Asana, Dropbox, and Zendesk
• Manage user access and resolve day-to-day support tickets
• Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, cameras, conference room technology, and Apple TV
• Assist with networking and connectivity, including Starlink and fiber
• Work with external technology vendors and manage vendor relationships
• Support telecom equipment and other physical technology
• Assist with equipment procurement and deployment
• Work across both cloud systems and hands-on IT infrastructure

What We’re Looking For:

• Systems Administration, Systems Engineering, or hands-on IT support experience
• Experience with Azure and Entra
• Strong troubleshooting and networking fundamentals
• Experience supporting cloud-based applications
• Familiarity with SSO, certificates, and virtual machines
• Comfortable working directly with users, customers, and vendors
• Exposure to MongoDB, NetSuite, Zendesk, Starlink, or similar technologies is a plus
• Most importantly, someone who is curious, adaptable, and eager to grow
