We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to support key financial operations within a Financial Services environment in Charlotte, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can manage transaction-related activities with accuracy, work confidently across banking and accounting platforms, and contribute to efficient treasury processes. The role offers an opportunity to apply analytical judgment, maintain strong control standards, and collaborate with teams that support lending, payments, and cash-related functions.
Responsibilities:
• Process daily treasury and banking transactions with close attention to accuracy, timeliness, and compliance standards.
• Review financial data, reconcile account activity, and investigate discrepancies to help maintain reliable cash positions and reporting.
• Utilize accounting and banking applications to support payment activity, transaction tracking, and operational recordkeeping.
• Assist with loan- and credit-related administrative tasks, including documentation review and support for consumer lending workflows.
• Handle check-related activities and other data processing tasks while ensuring established controls and service expectations are met.
• Respond to inbound inquiries from internal or external stakeholders, providing clear updates and resolving routine treasury-related issues.
• Support collections and payment follow-up efforts by monitoring outstanding items and coordinating with relevant teams when action is needed.
• Contribute to process updates and operational changes, including system-related transitions or workflow adjustments, as assigned.• Experience working with treasury, banking, accounting, or financial operations in a regulated or service-driven environment.
• Proficiency with accounting software systems and banking platforms used for transaction processing and reconciliation.
• Hands-on ability in data processing, check handling, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Familiarity with tools such as LaserPro, Lawson ERP, or similar enterprise financial systems.
• Understanding of consumer loans, credit-related processes, and basic collections support activities.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information responsibly.
• Willingness and ability to complete a pre-employment screening process that may take several weeks before onboarding.
