Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Morgan Hill, California

Step into a dynamic opportunity providing expert behavioral support in an educational setting for the upcoming school year! A contract position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with full-time hours from 8 am to 4 pm, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 11, 2027. You will play a central role in shaping positive student outcomes using evidence-based strategies. Your expertise and leadership will help foster supportive learning environments, directly impacting students and staff alike.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification is required.
• Prior school-based experience is highly valued.
• Confidence in supervising or mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to ethical, student-centered practices.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and support a small team of 1-2 RBTs, ensuring quality implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized strategies for students.
• Track progress, collect data, and modify interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success and inclusion.
• Provide ongoing staff training and professional development focused on positive behavioral supports.
• Maintain documentation and compliance standards.
