What You'll Do

As a Test Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring medical diagnostic equipment is functioning properly before it reaches hospitals and laboratories.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Testing advanced medical diagnostic equipment
• Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
• Repairing and adjusting equipment as needed
• Following testing procedures and quality standards
• Reading schematics and technical documentation
• Documenting test results and repairs
• Conducting inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements
• Working closely with teammates to solve problems and improve processes
• Helping ensure every unit shipped meets Beckman Coulter's high standards

What We're Looking For

Preferred qualifications include:

• Associate degree or technical degree, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience troubleshooting, testing, repairing, or maintaining equipment
• Comfortable using hand tools and testing equipment
• Ability to read technical instructions or schematics
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and desire to build a long-term career

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.73 - $24.73/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
