Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative

Partners Personnel is seeking two Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representatives for the Norcross, GA 30071 and Duluth, GA 30096 locations. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support to builders, contractors, dealers, remodelers, and homeowners. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order processing, delivery coordination, and issue resolution while working closely with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour | Temp to Hire opportunity
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 100% onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and support showroom visitors (handle several calls and visitors daily)
• Perform other administrative assignments
• Record all walk-in customers
• Answer basic questions related to our cabinets
• Learn basic knowledge about cabinets
• Direct customers to the correct pickup location
• Process payments for walk-in customers
• Bilingual ability is a plus, fluent in both English and Spanish

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and process customer orders
• Ability to cross-reference payment status in the database
• Strong organizational skills
• Customer-focused and reliable
• Retail customer service experience required
• Experience answering phone calls
