Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support clients and sales partners for an industrial cleaning company in Bowling Green, Ohio. This is a Contract position focused on delivering responsive service, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring accurate order handling in a fast-paced business-to-business environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing inbound communication, guiding customers to appropriate product solutions, and working across teams to maintain a high standard of service.

• High school diploma or GED required; additional college coursework is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a business-to-business customer service setting.
• Background in call center support, inbound call handling, or order entry is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Solid basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, sales teams, and internal colleagues.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
• Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods during the workday.
