Are you looking to start a career in manufacturing or continue growing your assembly experience? We are seeking motivated Assemblers to join our team in a clean, team-oriented production environment. No manufacturing experience is required. We provide the training you need to succeed.

In this role, you'll use hand tools and power tools to assemble high-quality products while working alongside a supportive team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Assemble products and components using hand and power tools.
• Follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to complete assemblies accurately.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Package completed products for shipment and distribution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support team production goals through consistent attendance and performance.

• Ability to read and follow simple blueprints, drawings, and instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous assembly, warehouse, production, construction, or mechanical experience.
• Experience working with tools or equipment in a hands-on environment.
• Ability to understand and follow written procedures and work instructions.

No prior manufacturing experience required. Training is provided for motivated candidates looking to begin a career in manufacturing.

Work Environment

This position is located in a large manufacturing facility with approximately 400 employees. Team members work in a production-focused environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities. Employees should be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing hands-on assembly work throughout their shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Teutopolis, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
