We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to leadership in a fast-moving, multifaceted environment based in Houston, Texas. This contract-to-permanent position is designed for a highly capable individual who can manage shifting priorities, protect executive time, and handle sensitive matters with excellent judgment. The role requires someone who can operate confidently across business and personal priorities while keeping communication, scheduling, and follow-through exceptionally organized.

Responsibilities:
• Manage an intricate executive calendar, aligning meetings, events, travel, and priority commitments across multiple areas of responsibility.
• Oversee domestic and international travel planning, including itineraries, logistics, accommodations, and schedule changes as needed.
• Serve as a central point of coordination for communications with executives, advisors, investors, board contacts, and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality briefing materials, presentations, correspondence, and meeting documents to support executive decision-making.
• Monitor action items and deadlines to help ensure strategic initiatives and leadership commitments stay on track.
• Handle confidential information with discretion while responding to routine and urgent matters in a timely and organized manner.
• Anticipate upcoming needs, identify potential scheduling or operational conflicts, and implement practical solutions with limited direction.
• Support meetings, events, and special projects by coordinating logistics, materials, and follow-up activities.
• Improve administrative workflows and office procedures to increase efficiency and strengthen executive support operations.• 10+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support, ideally to founders, principals, or senior leadership.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-expectation environments that require strong judgment and adaptability.
• Advanced ability to manage complex calendars, executive meetings, and detailed travel arrangements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and effective approach.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven discretion in handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and common executive productivity tools.
