Nanny Needed For My Children

I am looking for a great nanny for 1 infant in Plymouth. I would prefer someone who would give him your full attention. Cleaning is secondary but contact nap if need be, take him for walks and hold him as much as he wants. I prefer a nanny who has their own car and who is CPR certified. But not necessary. He has silent reflux so I just want someone who knows how to deal with a little bit on choking and is extra attentive after feeds. I will mainly be gone 4-5 hours mid day and occasionally maybe an evening if I pick up an extra shift. Looking for someone who will be consistent, willing to stay with him as he grows
