Nanny Needed - Now Hiring

Looking for a kind, dependable babysitter for my 8-year-old daughter in our Vandalia home. She is creative, independent, and loves reading, art, nature, and animals. I’m hoping to find someone consistent who can build a real bond with her over time and become a trusted mentor in her life. Schedule shown is only an estimate. I need occasional flexible care, so days and times will vary and may include daytime, evenings, or weekends. Some needs may come up on short notice due to hospice volunteering. No outings unless arranged ahead of time. Must be comfortable with pets and ideally live within 15–20 minutes. $15–$17/hour depending on experience.
