• Minimum two years of Labor & Delivery experience
\n
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP required
\n
• Strong fetal-monitoring, critical-thinking, and customer-service skills
\n
• C-section circulating and post-C-section recovery experience
\n
• Vaginal exams, labor management, vaginal delivery, and recovery care
\n
• High-risk antepartum experience, including gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes
\n
• Obstetric emergency and OB hemorrhage experience
\n
• Newborn care during the first hour of life, including breastfeeding support and initial latch
\n
• Float to Mother Baby as needed
\n

• Scrub experience

• NCC certification in Inpatient Obstetrics or Electronic Fetal Monitoring
