\nShift: 4x10s, 7a-5p, call every 3-4 weekend

\nIs on-call REQ? Yes, 2 late call till 11pm per week and every 3rd-4th weekend call
\nWeekend REQ: every 3rd to 4th weekend
\nWill this traveler float between service lines? No
\nFloating Req to Sister Facilities: No
\nRequired/Preferred Years of experience REQ: Minimum of 5 years in the acute care operating room setting (well rounded - strong in general, neuro, ortho, ENT, GYN)
\nFirst time travelers accepted: Yes, if they have a broad scope of specialty competency
\nLicense REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license
\nCerts REQ: BLS
\nTrauma Level REQ: We are a Level 3 trauma center
\nRadiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; facility does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers
\nMiscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs
\nLocal Radius: 60-mile radius rule
\nLocals Accepted: No local travelers accepted
\nRTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs
\nGuaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Called off hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift
