About the Role

The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rome is seeking a talented and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead and direct overall operations of our facility, providing exceptional care to our residents while achieving business objectives. As a key leader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a caring environment and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the facility quality assurance process to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and TGHS policies

• Ensure individual rights and opportunity for choice exist for all residents

• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

• Foster a positive and respectful work environment that promotes staff engagement and retention

• Develop and manage budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve facility goals

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

• Current New York State LNHA Certification

• Proven leadership and management skills

• Basic computer skills, including email use

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding resident and TGHS proprietary information

• Ability to relate professionally and work cooperatively with residents and staff at all levels
