We are seeking a reliable and motivated Fabrication Associate to join our team on 1st shift. This role involves assisting with metal fabrication processes in a fast-paced shop environment while following safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with metal fabrication, cutting, and assembly
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials per work orders
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow safety procedures and shop guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous metal fabrication or shop experience preferred (not required)
- Experience with hand tools and power tools a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Estamos buscando un Asociado de Fabricación responsable y motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo en el primer turno. Este puesto implica ayudar con procesos de fabricación de metal en un ambiente de trabajo dinámico, siguiendo los estándares de seguridad y calidad.
Responsabilidades:
- Ayudar con la fabricación, corte y ensamblaje de metal
- Operar herramientas manuales y eléctricas básicas
- Medir, cortar y preparar materiales de acuerdo con las órdenes de trabajo
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y segura
- Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad y las normas del taller
Requisitos:
- Se prefiere experiencia previa en fabricación de metal o trabajo en taller, pero no es necesaria
- Experiencia con herramientas manuales y eléctricas es un plus
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras
- Gran atención a los detalles y responsabilidad
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo
