Shift Type: Days, four 10-hour shifts per week (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM), plus call rotation (approx. 7-9 weekdays/month and one weekend/month)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

- Scrub and monitor a variety of EP lab cases, including device implants, ablations, and LAAO procedures
- Partner with physicians and staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care
- Set up and maintain EP equipment and supplies, including Cardiolab pacing and ablating systems
- Assist with approximately 20-25 patients per day across a busy 7-lab department
- Document procedures accurately in Cerner (transitioning to Epic) and Merge in the Cath/EP Lab
- Participate in on-call coverage and respond within 30 minutes when called
- Active ARRT and/or RCIS/RCES certification (with Arkansas limited X-ray license if no ARRT)
- Current BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in an EP/Cath Lab setting
- Proven competency scrubbing and monitoring device implants, EP ablations, and LAAO cases
- Strong working knowledge of EP lab equipment and Cardiolab pacing/ablating systems
- Availability to participate in on-call rotation with a 30-minute response time
- Electrophysiology (EP) procedures and workflows
- Device implants, EP ablations, and LAAO case support
- Scrubbing and monitoring in a fast-paced Cath/EP Lab
- Cardiolab pacing and ablating systems
- Cerner EMR (with upcoming transition to Epic)
- Collaboration within a team of 7 labs including 3 Cath, 3 EP, and 1 procedure room
