TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) to hire Assemblers in Ellabell, GA!
Job Summary:
In this role, you will work in an automotive manufacturing environment performing production and assembly-related tasks to meet safety, quality, and production goals at Hyundai Motor Groups first dedicated EV mass-production facility.
In this role, you will work in an automotive manufacturing environment performing production and assembly-related tasks to meet safety, quality, and production goals at Hyundai Motor Groups first dedicated EV mass-production facility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform production and assembly work to meet quality and production standards
- Rotate between tasks and operate hand/power tools and production equipment
- Inspect products for quality and report or correct defects
- Work with team members and leadership to maintain production flow
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work overtime as needed
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable attendance and flexibility with job rotation and overtime
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Lift, push, or pull up to 2530 lbs
- Comfortable working in hot, noisy environments with PPE
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or automotive experience
- Mechanical or assembly-related skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- 2-year Technical Degree (preferred, not required)
