Electrical Installer – Modular Home Manufacturing

Pay: $17.00/hour + $100 weekly attendance bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:10 PM

Job Description:
Seeking dependable Electrical Installers to work in a manufacturing environment assembling modular homes. This position involves installing and routing electrical components throughout homes during the construction process. This is a production-based position and does not involve working with live electrical wiring or connecting hot wires.

Responsibilities:

Install and route electrical wiring throughout modular homes according to production specifications and work instructions.
Run and secure electrical wire through walls, ceilings, floors, and other designated areas.
Install electrical boxes, outlets, switches, and other electrical components as assigned.
Measure, cut, and organize wire to the required lengths.
Use hand tools and power tools to complete electrical installation tasks.
Follow blueprints, diagrams, and production instructions.
Inspect work to ensure wiring and components are properly positioned and secured.
Maintain required production levels while meeting quality standards.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Work closely with other production team members throughout the home-building process.
Perform other construction or production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous electrical, construction, wiring, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable and able to report to work on time every day.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, lift, and work throughout the production process.
Willingness to learn electrical installation procedures and production methods.

Attendance & Pay Incentives:

Starting pay of $17.00 per hour.
$100 weekly attendance bonus for employees who are present and on time every day during the workweek.
Employees who are present and on time every day and complete their required production may be paid for 40 hours even if they work fewer than 40 actual hours that week, according to company policy.
Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:10 PM.
