A well-established skilled nursing facility in the Bonita Springs, FL area is looking for an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the operation and help drive strong clinical, financial, and organizational performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role spanning resident care, staffing, compliance, financial management, quality, and facility operations.
The right fit will have:
Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator license
Proven SNF administration experience
Strong knowledge of Florida and federal regulations
Experience with surveys, compliance, budgets, and financial performance
A track record of developing strong department leaders and teams
Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
