What You'll DoAssist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Respond to call lights and resident needs
Take and record vital signs and other resident information
Assist with meals, mobility, and transportation
Provide compassionate, person-centered care
Complete required documentation
Current Oregon CNA certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Team-focused attitude and strong communication skills
