$43–$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for Autumn Lake at Beloit. You'll work with residents on mobility goals that make a difference in their daily lives, from standing and transferring safely to walking with greater confidence.
What You'll Do
Assess residents and develop treatment plans suited to their abilities and goals
Provide therapy to improve strength, balance, and functional movement
Follow residents' progress and adjust treatment when needed
Document care and share updates with the interdisciplinary team
