Location: Warsaw, IN and Surrounding Areas
Salary: $135,000–$137,000 per year
We are seeking an experienced and driven Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead operations in the Warsaw, IN and surrounding areas. This opportunity is ideal for a results-oriented leader who is passionate about regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and delivering high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing setting.
Position OverviewAs the Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining exceptional standards of resident care. You will provide leadership across clinical, financial, and operational departments while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and manage facility operations and business functions.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.
Lead state survey processes and maintain continuous survey readiness.
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, revenue cycle management, and cost controls.
Partner with clinical leadership to support effective and compliant resident care.
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
Recruit, mentor, and retain department leaders and staff.
Develop and implement facility policies and procedures.
Active and unrestricted Indiana Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing.
Minimum of two years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting required.
Demonstrated leadership experience with regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and team management.
Strong knowledge of SNF operations, survey processes, reimbursement, and quality metrics.
Salary: $135,000–$137,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
