Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist at Autumn Lake at Overlea. In this role, you'll work with residents on the everyday tasks that matter to them, from getting dressed safely to returning to familiar routines.
What You'll Do
Assess residents' abilities and set practical treatment goals
Provide occupational therapy to improve function and independence
Adapt treatment as residents progress and document their care
Share updates with families and the interdisciplinary care team
