Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist at Autumn Lake at Post Acute Center. You'll help residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery make practical gains in strength and mobility as they work toward their next steps.
What You'll Do
Evaluate residents and set treatment goals based on their needs
Provide therapy focused on walking, transfers, balance, and strength
Reassess progress and adjust care plans throughout recovery
Document care and communicate with families and the interdisciplinary team
