What You'll Do:

As a Journeyman Electrician, you'll perform electrical work across diverse job sites while maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship, and code compliance.

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Install conduit, control panels, fixtures, switches, and advanced wiring
• Ensure work complies with the NEC and applicable local codes
• Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve complex electrical issues
• Mentor apprentices and reinforce safe work practices
• Communicate job progress with foremen and supervisors
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Collaborate with other trades
• Participate in company-sponsored training and professional development

We're Looking For:

• Commercial electrical and Journeyman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local codes
• Proficiency with power tools, meters, and electrical test equipment
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical schematics
• Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and committed to quality work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own basic electrical tools and a cordless tool kit
• Own required PPE, including hard hat, work boots, code book, etc.
• Valid driver's license required

Compensation & Benefits:
