Companion Care Needed - Now Hiring

I'm looking for companion care for my mother in her 70s. My brother lives with her, but he needs coverage in the mornings, at a minimum while he is at work. Duties will mostly include providing companionship and social interaction. Mom has dementia and cannot communicate, so need someone who enjoys telling stories and carrying the conversation. Duties also include feeding her in the morning and providing her morning medication. It would also be nice to have someone that could assist in bathing (although she is reluctant to bathe most of the time) and assist with using the bathroom, on occasion.
