Babysitter Needed for my Children

Me and my Fiance are both airline pilots based out of the Lakeland and Tampa airports. We are reserve pilots which means we are on call and only go into work if someone calls out sick. This usually occurs only 4-5 times per month. Because of the nature of our jobs we are looking for someone who would possibly be available on those certain occasions. Usually we know if we are flying the night before, but sometimes only up to as little as two hours prior. Were a young family and excited to find someone who can mesh well with us and our little man!
