Nanny Needed For My Children

We just need someone to entertain and get snacks for our 4-year-old. My wife and I both work full time and my wife works from home but her job is demanding and she cant give full attention until after the work day. Ideally the nanny is a patient with a child with speech difficulties and will read to them, play with them, provide snacks (paid for by us), and work through her recommended excercises and speech activities with her.
