Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

I have 5-month-old twin boys and am looking for someone to come to our home for a few hours a couple days a week. I'm mainly looking for someone who is very comfortable independently caring for two babies at once while I have some time to myself, run errands, shower, etc. I plan to be home a lot of the time, but may also leave if needed. Ideally, I would love someone who is well educated in child development and is open to giving me tips & tricks. While I have a lot of experience with kids, I am a first time mom so I can sometimes get overwhelmed & would love a helping hand.
