Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We are looking for a great nanny with new baby care experience for 1 baby boy in Carlsbad. We would prefer someone who would be willing to help out with light housekeeping. Mom parent works from home every day and Dad is WFH Tuesday and Friday. So we will be around to support as well. We're new to this and expect the care needs to be a bit dynamic in the beginning. We will need a little patience figuring out our needs as both of us return to work off our parental leave. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car so they can get here dependably and who does not smoke.
