Pay/Compensation: $75,000 – $84,000 per year

About the Role
An established defense and intelligence services contractor is hiring a Junior Motion GEOINT Analyst to support national security mission partners. This analyst reviews full motion video and imagery to help produce timely intelligence products. The role is an excellent entry point for cleared analysts seeking long-term growth in the intelligence community.

The ideal candidate is a cleared analyst early in their career, often with military imagery training, who is eager to build strong exploitation skills. You are detail-oriented, stay alert during long missions, and welcome feedback from senior analysts. You communicate clearly in writing and want a long-term career supporting the intelligence community. This role offers structured mentorship from experienced analysts, hands-on exposure to real-world missions, and a clear, realistic path toward mid-level and senior analyst positions over time.

Core Responsibilities

• Review full motion video and imagery to detect activity of interest
• Assist in producing geospatial intelligence reports and products
• Log observations accurately and in real time during missions
• Support target tracking and pattern of life analysis
• Maintain GIS layers and analytic databases
• Work with senior analysts to meet mission deadlines
• Build skills through ongoing training and mentorship

Required Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
• Training or entry-level experience in imagery or GEOINT analysis
• Familiarity with FMV exploitation and GIS tools
• Strong attention to detail and written communication
• Ability to work onsite in a secure facility
• Willingness to learn new tools and analytic methods

Preferred Qualifications

• Military imagery analyst training or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in geography, intelligence studies, or related field
• Experience with ArcGIS or SOCET GXP
• Exposure to DoD or IC mission support
• Active TS clearance with SCI access
