No roofing experience? No problem. We provide paid training, a structured ramp period, and the tools you need to learn the business and become successful in residential roofing and exterior sales.

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners throughout the Central Iowa market
- Conduct residential roofing and exterior sales appointments
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right roofing or exterior solution
- Present products, project options, and pricing to homeowners
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospection, referrals, networking and local relationships
- Follow up consistently with leads and customers
- Handle customer questions and objections throughout the sales process
- Work toward indovual sales and production goals
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems
- Communicate with customers and internal teams throughout the project
- Partner with production and operations teams after the sales
- Represent Waddle Exteriors professionally in customer homes and throughout the community

Paid Ramp Period
- Receive a base salary while you train and build your sales pipeline
- Paid sales training and ongoing coaching
- Structured 4–6 month rookie ramp period
Uncapped Earning Potential
- Transition to an uncapped commission structure after the ramp period
- Six-figure earning potential for successful sales representatives
