Experienced Babysitters & Childcare Providers Needed

Pay: $17.50-$18.00/hr Starting

Hours: 15-20 hours per week (additional hours available based on availability)

Perks: Paid training, gas reimbursement, raises twice per year (Based off performace review)

2-3 childcare references (professional references preferred)

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Availability on at least one consistent weekday each week

About the Job

Jovie of Phoenix + Tucson is hiring reliable, engaging caregivers to support local families, nonprofit organizations, hotels, and special events.

This position is ideal for individuals with prior childcare experience such as:

• Babysitting for other families
• Nannying
• Daycare or preschool work
• Teaching or paraprofessional experience
• Students with prior childcare experience
• Camps and youth programs
• Church nursery or children's ministry care

We're looking for dependable caregivers who enjoy working with children and can commit to providing excellent care on a consistent basis.

What You'll Do

• Care for children ages 1-13
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities
• Read, play games, craft, and support learning
• Prepare simple meals and snacks
• Follow family routines, including naps and bedtime
• Transport children when needed
• Maintain a safe and organized environment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of childcare experience outside your immediate family
• Ability to provide 2-3 childcare references
• CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to obtain certification
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Age 18+
• Available at least one consistent weekday every week
