VIP staffing is immediately hiring an Assistant Property Manager for a leading company in Albuquerque
This is a Full Time Temp to hire position that would require a 5-6 day work week.
Pay for this position will be $19-$20 per hour DOE
As an Assistant Property Manager you will:
- Process applications, certifications, and re-certifications
- Complete lease packets, calculate rent, and prepare all documents in accordance with the regulatory agency's specifications and Fair Housing Laws.
- Responsible for collection of regularly monthly rents from property residents
- Maintains resident and property files and waiting lists.
- Assists in the supervision of staff and building maintenance.
- Assist in all administrative duties for both internal and external agencies
- Assumes responsibility of the property during brief absences of the Community Administrator
Assistant Property Manager Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma
- Four years of general office experience
- One year of property management experience preferred
- Professional COS certification preferred
- Valid NM Drivers License and clear Driving record
