Residential Rehabilitation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Residential Rehabilitation Manager in Irving, TX to oversee residential operations and programming while ensuring quality care and compliance across the rehabilitation program. This leadership role is responsible for supervising staff, managing schedules and patient assignments, coordinating admissions and discharges, and maintaining strong communication between residential and clinical teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who excels at coaching employees, resolving operational challenges, and fostering a positive, professional environment for both staff and patients. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare setting. Full-time weekday hours are required, along with some evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities to support the ongoing success of the residential program.

 

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm

 

Compensation: $85,000 to $95,000 annually
