Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Line Lead to coordinate daily manufacturing activities and help ensure production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and according to established quality standards. This position supports production scheduling, workflow coordination, employee training, material availability, KPI performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Line Lead works closely with Operators, Zone Leaders, Supervisors, and support teams to maintain efficient production flow.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily production activities and workflow within the assigned area.
Allocate employees, materials, and other resources to meet production schedules.
Monitor production KPIs, including Yield and Units Per Hour (UPH), and support corrective actions.
Ensure production lines have the materials, components, and consumables required for continuous operation.
Monitor Work in Process (WIP) and maintain FIFO material flow.
Mentor, train, guide, and evaluate Production Operators.
Support Zone Leaders and Supervisors with daily production requirements.
Serve as a primary point of contact during audits.
Coordinate with quality, materials, maintenance, and other production support teams.
Maintain compliance with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.
Support corrective action and continuous improvement activities using quality methodologies such as PDCA and 8D.
Ensure applicable procedures, work instructions, training requirements, and Quality Management System standards are followed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic repair, electronics manufacturing, production, or a related environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working with production flow and assembly-line manufacturing processes.

Nice-to-Have Experience

Previous experience as a Production Lead, Line Lead, Team Lead, or similar manufacturing leadership role.
Experience training, mentoring, or providing performance feedback to production employees.
Experience supporting manufacturing audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

Production Line Leadership: Ability to coordinate workflow, allocate resources, monitor production, and support daily production targets.
Manufacturing KPI Management: Knowledge of Yield, UPH, WIP, FIFO, production flow, and corrective-action processes.
Quality & Continuous Improvement: Working knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, PDCA, 8D, quality standards, and manufacturing safety requirements.
