Inventory clerk

Receive incoming materials and verify quantities for accuracy.

Label, sort, store, and organize inventory in the proper areas.

Help maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular counts.

Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.

Check materials against purchase orders, work orders, labels, and inventory reports.

Report shortages, damaged items, or inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.

Pull and issue parts, materials, or supplies for production, shipping, or internal use.

Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as needed.

Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.

Follow warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.

Use pallet jacks or forklifts when trained and authorized.

Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, stockroom, shipping, or receiving preferred.

Basic computer skills and ability to enter information accurately.

Ability to read part numbers, labels, purchase orders, and inventory documents.

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently or with a team.

Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.

Must be comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.

Some indoor and outdoor work may be required depending on business needs.
