Meisner Services - Commercial HVAC Estimator

Compensation: $80,000-$120,000

Job Name: Commercial Estimator

Reports To: General Manager

Expectations for the role: To provide bids to our clients.

Job Duties: 

• Continue to build relationships with our current clients and seek opportunities to build relationships with new clients.
• Provide bids on plan and spec projects.
• Provide design build budgets and bids.
• Work with engineers throughout the design process.
• Request quotes from our vendors.
• Attend pre bid job site walk throughs.
• Attend turn-over meetings prepared to discuss the project in depth.
• Maintain a award percentage of 12%.
