Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to assist with donations, customers, and daily store and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable performing physical work.
We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to assist with donations, customers, and daily store and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable performing physical work.
Responsibilities
- Pick up donations and assist customers and donors
- Operate the cash register and process transactions
- Receive, screen, organize, and merchandise donations
- Clean, repair, and prepare donated items for sale
- Sort recycling and handle trash disposal
- Maintain a clean and organized store and warehouse
- Assist with and supervise volunteers as needed
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift, move, and handle donated items
- Good organization and attention to detail
- Dependable and reliable attendance
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Willingness to work with and supervise volunteers
- Background will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
