Inside Sales Representative
Detroit, Michigan | $55,000-$65,000 annually | Reports to: Sales Development Manager
About the Role
Looking for an opportunity to build a career in sales? You don’t need previous inside sales or manufacturing experience to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, motivated, curious, and ready to learn.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll build customer relationships, learn our products, prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and work with our sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to help customers find the right solutions.
This is a fast-paced environment, so being able to stay organized and manage multiple priorities is important. We’ll teach you our products and processes—you bring the positive attitude, ambition, attention to detail, and drive to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate and timely customer quotes.
- Respond to customer questions about products, pricing, lead times, and orders.
- Build positive relationships with customers, distributors, and sales partners.
- Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities.
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers and internal teams to support customers and grow the business.
- Keep customer, quote, and order information accurate in Salesforce and our ERP system.
- Learn SLIPNOT products, applications, and manufacturing capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits
$55,000-$65,000 annual base salary + bonus
