Early Childhood Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Early Childhood Assistant to join our premier childcare team in Maitland, Florida. In this role, you will support lead teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment for young children. You will play a vital part in fostering early developmental milestones while maintaining open communication with families. You will interact with families on a daily basis.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Monitor and supervise children during play, mealtime, and rest periods to ensure safety.
• Support children with personal care needs when needed
• Support the lead teachers with specific activities, especially in art, creative activities during the school day and afterschool games

The person hired will have experience in all the classrooms and must be able to be flexible and cooperative.

1. 45 hours DCF within one year
2. High school graduate
