Must beFlexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed About the Role Openwork is hiring a dependable, safety-focused Reach Truck / Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, youll perform general labor, keep operations organized, and drive a reach truck in a fast-paced environment. What Youll Do
- Drive & Support: Operate a reach truck and complete general warehouse labor tasks.
- Maintain Standards: Keep work areas clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Serve Clients: Provide courteous, professional service in all interactions.
- Work Independently: Complete daily tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Experience & Certifications: Valid drivers license + ability to pass the client reach truck theory and practical exams.
- Basic Skills: Proficiency in basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Reliability: Excellent punctuality and flexibility to work extended or varying shifts.
- Lift up to 55 lbs. regularly.
- Comfort working in indoor/outdoor warehouse settings under varying weather conditions.
- Strict adherence to OSHA standards, client safety protocols, and full PPE usage.
