Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Location: Statesville, NC
United Talent is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Breakdown Operator to operate production equipment used to break down, process, and prepare materials for manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial machinery, following production procedures, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
•    Operate and monitor breakdown and process equipment safely and efficiently.
•    Load raw materials into machinery and ensure proper machine operation.
•    Inspect materials and finished products for quality and consistency.
•    Adjust equipment settings as needed to maintain production standards.
•    Monitor production processes and identify equipment or material issues.
•    Clear minor jams and perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
•    Remove and properly stage processed materials.
•    Maintain accurate production and quality records.
•    Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
•    Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
•    Communicate equipment problems, production issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.
•    Perform other production and warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
•    Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred.
•    Ability to safely operate industrial equipment.
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred.
•    Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
