Companion Care Needed

My mother is 67 and has Parkinsons and has limited mobility. She is very sweet and needs someone to essentially care for her around the clock. Looking to hire a team of people to be scheduled for 24/7 care. My Father also lives with her but is limited in his ability to assist. They have a labrador retriever who is very friendly and calm. She needs help with all the basic day to day tasks and mostly just some companionship throughout the day.
