Babysitter Needed for my Children

My son and I recently moved to Bartlett. We are in a new state and I will need childcare in regular basis. My son is 10 years old and is autistic. He is very sweet and most of the time very lovable. As most of kids with autism, building a relationship sometimes takes time and some others the connection is almost always instantaneous. Im looking for a person whom is confident/comfortable and has experience with kids with autism. At the beginning I would like to have the caregiver come to our home just to get to know us and to hang out to then be able to leave the house for a few hours and run errands and such. I dont think overnights will be needed at the moment.
