House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a reliable weekly housekeeper for a 1, 246 sq. ft. 3 bed/2 bath home. Only the primary bedroom and one bathroom are regularly used; one bedroom is an office used occasionally and the third bedroom/bathroom are rarely used. Id like most of the time focused on the primary bedroom/bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry area and floors. Im looking for normal cleaning plus light housekeeping/straightening such as picking up or consolidating clothes, removing obvious trash, making the bed and putting loose items together, cleaning floors. Im not expecting major closet organization. Looking for someone dependable for the same weekly schedule and ideally a long-term arrangement.
