We are a Made-in-USA apparel factory and 3PL warehouse. We're looking for a warehouse associate to join our fulfillment team, picking and packing both direct-to-consumer and B2B orders.
Requirements:
- Must speak English
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass a background check
- Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to operate a pallet jack (manual and electric)
- Must be able to operate with scanners and within a WMS on the computer
- Must be able to communicate with managers and customers
What you'll be doing:
- Picking and packing DTC and B2B orders according to strict packing and routing guides
- Working within WMS, EDI, and email platforms to manage orders
- General warehouse upkeep and maintenance
- Meeting daily deadlines while staying accurate and thorough
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and managers directly
Who we're looking for:
Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You should be able to follow specific procedures exactly (routing guides matter a lot here) and speak up when something doesn't look right. Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience is a plus but not required if you're a fast learner. We need a natural born professional who is looking to grow, not someone who jumps from warehouse to warehouse.
Because we are a small team, you will be expected to be accountable in getting all tasks done alongside managers and team members. We're looking for people who are personable and easy to work with, not standoffish or closed-off. Warehouse work here is collaborative, and attitude matters as much as skill.
OKAYOKAYTHANKYOU is a domestic apparel production and fulfillment partner. We combine in-house manufacturing (embroidery, DTF, cut-and-sew, headwear) with major brand warehousing and order fulfillment, giving brands a single source for both making and shipping their product.
